In short it calls for economic enterprise off the Earth.
It does so though not through an economic power shift, but through collaborative, synergistic endeavours where everyone is part of the solution and is rewarded for their results gained through that participation. In short, it puts everyone on the same side of the table and everyone has a productive, positive role to play. This is a win, win, win strategy and it's objective is nothing short of an enduring, sustainable world for all the life it harbors.
